After over a decade of working with small business owners, Anca Deifendeifer has seen a wide range of the growing pains, frustrations and the joys of running a business. She started out in Assurance Services at one of the Big Four accounting firms as an intern and then full time associate. After which she took on the role of bookkeeper and payroll specialist for her father’s firm. Over the years she has trained additional staff for the roles she performed; as she has migrated to an active role of growing the business through targeted marketing and sales campaigns. She grew the business 25% (even during COVID). She saw first hand the struggles business owners experienced on a daily basis.

She has also met other accounting firm owners who struggle with growing their business, speaking with potential customers and generating leads. The firm owners do a great job servicing their current clients, advising; but lack the soft skills needed to grow their business. This is how Strategic Management Solutions was born.
